All printing and graphic design requests MUST be submitted through the following forms:

Student Organization Printing

  • The universal recycling symbol or a phrase similar to “Please Recycle Me”  must appear on all printed pieces.
  • TWENTY-FOUR HOURS NOTICE is required for all print requests – first come, first served. Note that large print jobs may require more than 24 hours to complete, so please plan ahead!
  • Files should be submitted print-ready in PDF or DOC. Any adjustments required may add extra production time beyond 24 hours.
  • The SG Graphics and Copy Center CANNOT print/copy any mention of: alcohol/illegal drugs; charges to students; fundraisers; copyrighted material; lewd material; and/or nudity.
  • Submitted documents MUST be directly related to your student organization’s activities in order to be eligible for printing.
  • Please ensure before submitting a print request that your Student Organization has the funds to cover the print request. We will also check on our end, and will reach out if we do not see funds for your student org.
  • If you have questions about funds dedicated towards the Graphics and Copy Center, please reach out to SG Finance for assistance. Their office is located on the 3rd floor of the Student Engagement Portal in the SG suite.

Graduate Research Poster Printing

  • Through Student Government funding, UF graduate students have access to one FREE print of their research posters. Please allow 24 hours for printing.
    • Posters are printed on 24lb paper
    • Max width is 36in
    • Only .pdf, .doc, .jpg, and .png are accepted

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE SUBMITTING: 

***Due to high volume, please allow at least 5 business hours for resume printing.***

Fall 2025 Resume Printing Week is Tuesday, September 23 – Wednesday, October 1.

  • Only PDF format is accepted.
  • The pick-up location is the Graphics and Copy Center on the 2nd level of the Reitz Union in the Student Engagement Portal.
  • Gator1 IDs are required at pick-up.
RESTRICTIONS:
  • You will receive 20 FREE COPIES of your resume on parchment paper (while supplies last).
  • Only resumes are eligible – no cover letters, project summaries, etc. will be printed.
  • PDFs are the only document format allowed.
  • You cannot submit/pick up on behalf of anyone else.
  • Please keep resumes contained to one page.
    • Any 2-page resumes will be printed double-sided.
    • We will not accept resumes over 2 pages.
    • Only ONE submission – ensure that the document submitted is correct.
