Charged with the task of ensuring the integrity of the election, the Supervisor and their assistants make certain that the University of Florida is governed by a moralistic and efficient democratic election system. The Supervisor of Elections keeps SG and the students informed on current election procedures through briefings held in senate prior to elections. Non-partisan in all practices, the office of Elections holds no bias towards any one group, party, organization or individual. Elections are held twice per year: once in fall and spring.

Supreme Court
The court is comprised of four associate justices and one chief justice. Each justice is a law student that has been appointed by the Student Government President and confirmed by the Senate. Each of the justices of the court enjoys an appointment that extends until their graduation – thereby insulating the court from the pressures of the political process.
