Per Student Senate Rules and Procedures Rule IV(d)(iii), students wishing to speak during Public Comment must electronically notify the Senate President and Senate Secretary by 5:00 PM ET on the day of the meeting. All presentation materials must also be submitted by that time.

Meetings do not have a set end time.
