Oscar Nuñez and Brian Baumgartner will be speaking in a moderated conversation at the Stephen O’Connell Center on Wednesday, June 30th 2021 at an event hosted by the ACCENT Speakers Bureau in partnership with Student Government Productions!

Doors will open at 6:00 p.m. and the speaking engagement will begin at 7:00 p.m. Students with a valid Gator-1 ID may attend this event at the Stephen O’Connell Center on June 30th starting at 6:00PM. There is no pre-event registration, just simply present your Gator-1 ID. The format of the event will be a moderated conversation, followed by a 15-minute student Q&A

Oscar Nuñez is best known for playing Oscar Martinez on NBC’s The Office. He has won an Emmy, two SAG Awards, an ALMA Award, a TV Land Award and an Impact Award from the National Hispanic Media Coalition for the role. Oscar is also recognized for his roles in the movies The Proposal, The 33, and Baywatch. He has guest starred on TV shows like The Goldbergs, Shameless, Zoey’s Extraordinary Playlist, Curb Your Enthusiasm, Brooklyn Nine-Nine, Its Always Sunny in Philadelphia, American Housewife, NCIS: L.A., New Girl, Life in Pieces, Reno 911, iZombie and more. He lent his voice to such animations of Bob’s Burgers, Home, 3 Below, Firebuds and Where’s Waldo? Oscar co-created and starred in his own Comedy Central series, Halfway Home and was a series regular on both the USA legal comedy Benched and the TBS sci-fi comedy People of Earth.

Brian Baumgartner became a household name as ‘Kevin Malone,’ on NBC’s Emmy-winning series The Office. After its 9-year run, Brian continues to make regular appearances on fan favorite TV shows, including Amazon’s Original Drama Hand of God, TNT’s Good Behavior and the DreamWorks Animation reboot of Mr. Peabody and Sherman.
