This secretary will maintain knowledge regarding tuition and student fees, this knowledge should include a cost-benefit analysis on any proposed increases and on any proposed additional fees. In addition, this secretary will be responsible for knowledge regarding any economical factors that will cause undue strain on the student body in regards to their fees.
